The reason I started this blog

How many of you have found yourself in a situation where you just want to know if there is someone else out there who also feels the same way or has the same problems and have found a way to overcome those problems. How many times have you wished for just one role model you resonate with, who have achieved her/him goals like you want to?
I too have felt that way when I began my journey. I searched everywhere for someone who looked like me, had my life and my kind of problems, social restrictions, limitations and has made it out successful and powerful.
But every single time, I was alone. My search for that role model continued for years and lead me to realize one of the biggest truthS of my life. Sometimes you just have to accept the fact that you are the only one like yourself, the first one to break the glass ceiling, the first to lead the way, and the first one responsible to blaze the trail for those who come after. So wipe your tears, raise your chin and go on!
So here I am, 30 years old running my 3 social enterprises, my nonprofit, published my book and speaking around the world and excited to share all that I know. On this blog, I will share my learnings, my successes and my setbacks so that you find the answers to your questions as you start YOUR journey.
